Lost parcel (Hair)

I’m very sad, my parcel were delivered according to the company system on the 4th December 2020. And was signed by unknown person at address specified unfortunately the responsible officials who normally receive parcel or any deliveries did not signed for it as they showed me parcel received on Friday the 4th. I call Pietermaritz branch and was given drivers details(Regn ***)

I call the driver, he actually not showing interest in assisting when ask who signed he point the very same officials whom they confirmed no parcel received for me on Friday 04 Dec 2020.

I call him yesterday he promised to come today 9/12/2020 whom he didn’t even bother to call me of the delay or challenges he had. I called again today just after agreed time he wasn’t around or closer to my physical address but promised to check the person who signed in my behalf as soon as he arrived at his work place (Victoria Street PMB) however he never call me as promised.

The service offered us very disappointing and unprofessional to the core.... as him and a lady working in their office wasn’t helpful at all in assisting me tracking my parcel.
