Lost parcel

On the 21 September I called asking about my package again after they had told me it would be delivered lastest the 17 September because I called asking about it again so when I called I was told that my package is stuck in their warehouse and they saw that it was requested to be released the day before to Durban after I had call them again and I was also told the package would be delivered lastest by the 24 September. Yesterday on 28 September still asking about my package and I was told it has not been released because they couldn't find it at the warehouse so now my package has gone missing. Aramex South Africa's services is beyond disappointing 💔
