Lost Parcel at Aramex

On the 2nd of September 2022 Aramex pick up a parcel from Let Love Clothing in Meyerton. After a few days, I do enquiry, just to be told the tracking number does not exist. On the 13th of September, they suddenly show the parcel is at Vanderbijlpark after the sender also phone and do enquiry. Yesterday they phone the sender and they admit that the parcel is lost. I lost R1150 because of bad service. 4 Years ago, I experience the same. You don`t deserve on one star, but minus 40 stars. Please find my Parcel!!!!!!
