Lost parcel and ********** behavior by Aramex South Africa

Extremely bad courier service. I will never use again due to incompetence. I recently sent through a parcel using the Aramex service only to find out they won't deliver to specified location. Now getting ********** sms and emails stating parcel was received by somebody within the first day of me posting item. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE!
