Lost Parcel

My dad sent me a cellphone from Pretoria. Not Aramex saying that they got ****** at East London! When I call they telling me different stories and don’t want to do a follow up on the case they opened they claim they are not responsible for any drop box parcel losses. How I am still in need of the cellphone for my studies because of the bad service from the company!
