Lost parcel

Aramex South Africa, pathetic service. Put a parcel in drop box on 20 January 2021 and to date cannot track my parcel. Made numerous calls and nobody can assist. They don't respond to emails either. They have no proper tracking service. Still waiting for matter to be resolved
