Lost parcel

This is by far the worst courier company I have ever come across. I have sent out a parcel on the 15th of June 2021 and still haven't received it. If I phone all they have is excuses. So my last update is that my parcel is missing and cannot be found on the "floor". The parcel sent is worth more that R10 000.00 which is now just "missing". Please don't ever use Aramex as you will most definitely regret it and be disappointed in their poor and horrid workmanship.
