Lost parcel

Bad bad and horrible service ever.Sent a parcel to a friend from Durban to Joburg 4weeks ago, parcel with R2900 and as we speak the parcel is no where to be found and it means I must refund my friend for the lost parcel. Will never use Aramex ever,they don’t care.
