Lost Parcel

My drivers license was couriered to me via Postnet to the Northcliff branch on the 26th of Novemver 2020, waybill no PPA*** .On the 31st of November i called in to check if it is ready for collection and i was told it was sent back to "Shipper" , I then decided to give it a few more days and called in again to be told that it is still at the Shipper and they do not know what has gone wrong , I have called both branched over 10 times with the same story at some point i was given the courier number and they were going to call back and never did.

This Morning i decide to try my luck once again , I am now being told that a lady by the name Tara Goodwill was meant to give me a phone call and advise that my Parcel was lost . This is 2 and half months later.

Can i please get feedback
