Lost parcel

Aramex lost my parcel which was meant for a recipient in Nairobi.I courierd the parcel via the Raslouw postnet. This took place in July 2016.They mixed up the parcels and mine ended up in Seychelles. The service I received from the Customer Relations Manager was soo poor. You would swear she was doing me a favour rather than giving me a service that's due to me. She seemed agitated by my constant query about progress to date.I was then told i need to put in a claim which i was told takes 6 to 8 weeks, a shocker.Since I was told then I have not been appraised of progress to date.I wrote to them asking how far is the process.I have not received any feedback.I find this annoying as a customer. It Aramex that lost my parcel not the other way round but am not being valued as a customer. The attitute of the manager that is tasked with attending to customers' needs sucked.

Reviewer Update

I have not received any feedback not update post the one call i received from the Postnet Executive who assured me that they will be in touch and will sort the matter.I resubmitted to him personally the documents that I was asked to submit in October 2016.He gave me his email address and acknowledged receipt. In December I sent an email asking for an update. No response, In January I wrote another email.Today I still do not have any feedback. All i want is to be reimbursed for my lost parcel including the postage fees.It pains me to see the lack of prioritisation from Aramex after losing my parcel. My personal items which have an sentimental value were lost and am not getting any joy from Aramex. All i need Aramex is to be reimbursed fpr the costs incurred as a result of the incompetence of the company!!!!
