Lost Packages, Aramex Clickway = NIGHTMARE

A package was collected to be sent in the same province. The package was lost by the company and they were so inept that they went back to the collection address to collect the very same package they lost. I have been trying for 3 days to reach someone in this regard and am given the runaround every time, or no one responds ever. The package is still lost
