Lost package, Aramex of no help

I sent a parcel via Aramex on Monday from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town.

It has not arrived, the tracking number doesn't work and every consultant I speak with can't find anything. The contents of the package are extremely important and it is time sensitive that I get them.

What can I do about this
