LOST OR ****** PARCEL

Placed an order with Evetech on Black Friday . . . wasn’t given the option to collect my online purchased goods . . . I was coerced by Evetech software to use Aramex couriers, with no option to select insurance on goods. Parcel EVE220644 was dispatched on 4 Dec’19 & “delivered” by Adnan of Aramex on 5 Dec at the wrong address (alternatively the parcel was ******)

This was a Pretoria Centurion to Pretoria Garsfontein delivery, and they still made a mess??

NOBODY at Evetech or Aramex is answering their phones !!

It is 4 days later and I am still waiting for feedback or an answered operator from Aramex
