Lost or rather ****** parcel
I sent a parcel on the 26th of January from Pick n Pay Woodmead, Sandton in Gauteng. The parcel was going to Dinwiddie which is also in Gauteng. On the 28th of January I got a call from Aramex at 07:08 am and the person dropped the call after asking to speak to me and I confirmed that I am the right person. My parcel never got delivered . I called Aramex numerous times and the staff was not helpful at all except for a guy by the name of Lishaun or Lishane. The person who was following up on that enquiry was a lady by the name of Makosi or something. She was extremely unhelpful. I had lost a tracking number but surely Aramex had all my details since they tried to call me on the 28th before I even lost the slip. To cut the long story short I got a call from the same lady stating that they cant find my parcel. It was two hair extensions to the value of 7000 rands. How is that possible. Why did they call me in the first place on the 28th (I have screenshots of the call) if I had not sent any parcel? If I had sent a parcel, how come Aramex can't find it. I may have lost a tracking number but surely Aramex had my parcel, hence the call on the 28th. I will not let this matter go because this not acceptable, it means someone has ****** my parcel since I mentioned when I was calling that the value of my contents is 7k.
