Lost

I would advise anyone using aramex courier services to insure their shipments because when they can't find your shipment they will give you a runaround for 3 weeks and just tell you it's missing and there's nothing they can di without even taking you through an investigation they made it will be your loss they don't care. They know compensation is not on their side so they don't care. This is frustrating
