Long overdue late delivery and worst customer service ever

Worst courier and customer service ever!! If you want your package to be very late - use Aramex South Africa. My extremely urgent delivery of package more than a week late. They make it almost basically impossible to contact them, with no email or phone contact details on their website. Once you do figure out how to contact them on Whatsapp - customer support is totally *********** and unwilling to assist Julia is the “support” assistant who just cut off the conversation while I am still busy trying to figure out why my package is not being delivered
