Long overdue delivery.

Been waiting for a delivery for an online purchase I made 07/12/2024 that was intended to be a Christmas gift. 3 weeks later and still nothing. I’ve enquired numerous times, I’ve also been contacted by the call centre agents to ‘check if my package has arrived’ and have been promised each time that it will be expedited… For context, the package is coming from Durban north, I’m in Durban south. Disappointing and annoying!
