Long delivery time for a short distance

Mind-blowing delivery times in today's competitive delivery service!

The received ,y parcel midday on Tuesday, the package still hasn't been delivered and its Thursday. Delivery distance is less than 40km.

One of the issues was the package was given to the wrong driver, I called multiple times to get this sorted and every time I am told someone will call me back shortly to see if they can make a plan to deliver today. Not a single call!!!
