Long customs delays

According to the online tracking, my package was suppose to arrive 9 days ago, but it's been sitting in customs with Aramex for nine days with no apparent cause for the delay. I have been on the phone with them all morning to see if there is any information I can offer to speed things up. Unfortunately no one seems to be avaible to answer the phone at Aramex customs, and after 30 mins of holding for an operator, my phone calls get dropped. It shouldn't be this difficult to get answers, but after several attempts I'm frustrated. I desparately need this package by tomorrow.
