I went to pick n pay somerset mall in cape town and send a parcel with a cellphone inside to durban for my nephew. the driver by the name of Ntokozo Dube with cellphone number *** called my Aunt Zandile Myeza as the parcel was addressed to her that he will be coming to deliver the parcel and thereafter he never came. I contacted the service provider and told me that the parcel has been declared missing the do not have policy insurance and they cannot refund me. Which i fell they are failing to do a proper investigation to where as I have the details of the person who had the parcel and did not deliver. If this service provider is doing this to its clients should not be used by to the public we entrust you with our parcels and this is what you do to clients.
