"Lightning fast delivery time"

"Lightning fast delivery time" I heard a 101 times whilst holding on for my call to be answered. What a joke! A parcel left Durban Monday for delivery Tuesday in Johannesburg. Tracking states that no one was available to receive the parcel since Tuesday. This at a residence where there is always someone. Maybe we should have used the Post Office. No more using Aramex for our business!
