Lies on tracking update and failure to deliver at my home address

When tracking my parcel the update was tried to deliver but can’t reach customer which was a lie no one called me the entire week was receiving deliveries and when they finally called they said they can’t deliver in my neighbourhood il have to meet them half way or pay an additional fee for the package to be delivered while when I checked out where I bought the good I qualified for free delivery at my entered address had to give them my husbands office address in order which is near their offices in order for them to agree to deliver my package their service is super bad their 1st excuse was my area is a high risk area and when I told them they said I need to add an additional fee for them to deliver so the fee will make my area less of a high risk area ai they should give their clients to “the courier guy” their service is 20/10 super good
