Lies lies and more lies

Definately not the right decision. My son ordered an item from Evetech on Friday (overnight delivery). After back and forth they told us delivery would happen today...then later (after my son had left from the farm to Pretoria) we heard 3 to 5. He waited all day in pta. We followed up 4 times with everyone confirming it will be today. At 16h50 I phoned the pta office..the lady confirmed it would be delivered today and she would sms me the eta...(and I explained how dangerous it was for him to drive back to the farm in the dark)...obviously no ETA was smsed and when I phoned 20 min later no one answered. I then phoned Sandon....held 10 min then the phone was put down...second time 5 min and the phone was put down...third time after about 5 minutes I spoke to Theo. 1st he confirmed that ir was still out for delivery and when I put him under pressure he said they were probably not coming. I asked him how to have his time and travel costs reimbursed...he couldnt tell me.... we had 4 confirmations from Aramex that the delivery would happened and not 1 word of it was true. He confirmed that an escalation was logged and he would send me the reference. This too has not been done. Ordered was done friday with overnight delivery....tomorrow is 1 day short of a week and all we get from Aramex is a pack of lies. How is this disgusting service and his costs going to be resolved.. Shocking
