*****, BAD ATTITUDE AND NO DELIVERY OF AN URGENT P

A parcel was sent yesterday the 07/04/2015 at 08H00 from Mafikeng PostNet. It was supposed to be delivered to be at 10H00 on the 08/04/2015 in Chris Hani Baragwanath Academic Hospital, Soweto, Johannesburg. I keep calling the Mafikeng branch, they ask for the tracking code, I give it to them, then they say they'll call me back. An hour passes no call, this happened about 3 times. Everytime I call them back it's a different person answering the phone and they tell me they don't know who the person who was supposed to call me back.
Money has been paid for a service and the service Im not receiving it. This is not the 1st or 2nd time this is happening.
This is a private company and they are going on with their business like this. This *********** on many levels. Now I am stuck, I do not know where to go pr what to do.
None of the places I've called are helpful. It's always unenthusiastic people not willing to help

Hello Linathi,

We humbly apologies for the service you received that prompted you to contact us with a complaint, and we regret any inconvenience or frustrating that your experience has caused you.

Kindly note the reason for the delay is the area in which the shipment is being delivery is considered as an outlying area, therefore it is a 2-3 day service area serviced by Aramex third party agent.

We hope that your will continue to provide Aramex with opportunities to serve you.
Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.

Yours in service,
T****ha Pillay
