I called yesterday and I was told that my parcel will be delivered the latest today since the ETA was 7Dec- 9 Dec 2022. I called in again today and I was informed that because of my lipstick, the parcel was kept for inspection and that delayed the process. The lady told me that I will receive the parcel latest next week Wednesday. What makes me mad is that no one informed me and I had to call twice and received the incorrect information the previous day. I was told that after detachment, it will take 24hrs, now i am told today that it is released and will be delivered Wednesday.
