Let's us boycott Aramex to shut down

Bad and poor service ever, can we maybe boycott them because the whole crew just wake up for work only to go and not do their jobs. I ordered laptop at Hifi Corp on the 01/12/24 which was taken for delivery by Aramex on the 02/12/24 from Hifi Corp Mabopane branch until today on the 11/12/24 I haven't received my order, mind you am only less than 20km away from the store but Aramex is still failing to deliver, no communication nothing from them and worse of it when I try to track my order down it says "it's been shipped". I am very disappointed with the service from Aramex it's very poor and they do not take customers serious. Hope the company shuts down and everyone loose their jobs because at the end of the day they are not doing what they are hired for. 😔😣
