Lets pray over our orders/deliveries guys. God is real.

I feel very sad/sorry for everyone that received a terrible service from Aramex or Buffalo logistics. This was my 1st time using Aramex freight, and I had no choice as the international service provider uses both. My order was a little above R8k, and I was expecting to pay an arm for customs but it was very reasonable, below R2k and my order tracking was smooth. Yesterday Aramex tried to deliver my order but no one was home, I looked for a contact on goggle and within seconds an operator picked up, helped me change my address and this morning I received a call from them to say my parcel was out on delivery, and indeed - I received it an hour ago. My experience was very pleasant, although I was very scared after reading all the below reviews. I don't know how many times I had to calm myself down and hope for the best.
