Lesson learnt: DO NOT USE ARAMEX !

I had an order placed on the 17th of December from joburg cbd and it was coming to randburg. I still have not received this parcel and I’ve been more than patient.it’s almost close to a month now . Whenever I cal they say they are investigating and they are going to get back to me, they still haven’t given me a clear update on whether my parcel has been lost or found. It’s honestly so disappointing because it was a package that contained an expensive item and it’s affecting my small buisness
