Less than useless service

The most ridiculous courier system and company ever. Fro the drop off system to the delivery, I will never use them again. Over a week to deliver a parcel which I was told would take 72 hours. The support desk is useless and the follow up from customer care is non-existent. Do yourself a favour, rather drive your parcel yourself. It will be quicker.
