Less than dismal courier service companie. So disappointed

Even this 1 star they don't deserve. My Parcel was dropped on the 21st and hasn't arrived till now and now that it's in town the Driver cliams he can't get ahold of me even tho he doesn't even try to call me . It's the worst Corriere service one could ever use shame ,closing down should be an option coz they don't seem to know what convenience to a client is !
