Lebogang Moifa

I would like to say that aramex needs to fix their customer service on the people that answer the phones, its either they hang up on you or they put you on hold forever. For such a well known huge establishment it is shocking how much poor service I received over the phone, the department for express shipping had way better service which isn't fair.

But what brings me here is Lebogang Moifa. She was honestly a breath of fresh air, she updated me every single step of the way. My package had to be delivered the week before and it was put on hold at the clearance department, I was so stressed because I needed my package that week. She escalated the matter and my package was delivered the same week. Honestly I am very grateful for her consistency and assistance. Thank you very much Lebogang, it honestly takes the little things to make a customer feel appreciated. Hope your manager's know how much of a gem you are. God bless
