Lazy workers

Why is it always a struggle with Aremax, I email so many times and don’t get help. I email 3 different people and it takes 3-4 days for a reply and still no clarification on my package. I call them and then I get the nicest person and not the “I don’t want to work people” that I emailed . Why doesn’t Aremax train all their people well enough to just respond to emails
