Later deliveries

I've been waiting for a parcel that was meant to be delivered two months ago. When I went to the Milnerton branch in cape town I was told everyone is in a meeting so I'll have to wait or collect another time, when I tried calling them I was told my parcel will be delivered. This is actually pathetic, when you don't have the dpb number and request to provide other documents you are told "there's nothing we can do,please find the parcel number" even after explaining that you have been ****** and no longer have the parcel number
