Late parcels, no explanations, and inefficient service

I am constantly disappointed anew by Aramex's dismal service. The last 3 deliveries I have been sent via Aramex have all been delayed for weeks beyond their expected delivery date, and never a valid reason or explanation given.

My most recent package, I was required to submit an item description and customs invoice in excess of 3 times, to different personnel, before the customs could finally be processed. The duties are now paid, as of 4 days ago, and the package still has yet to be delivered.

The previous one sat in customs for 10 days, and the one prior to that took more than 50 days from Aramex receiving the package to it ultimately being delivered.

The actual service is awful, the customer support is useless, and the company just doesn't seem to care. I will endeavour to avoid them at all costs going forward.
