Late delivery without updates

I am expecting a delivery from the US with tracking number ********** 912. On 10th May I received an email from Aramex informing me that clearance procedure takes 2-3 working days, but it is now almost two weeks later without any updates or delivery (despite my calls and emails to Aramex).

Please help!
