Late delivery service!

Absolute worst courier service Ive dealt with. For a company that claims overnight delivery, this is far from it. A parcel from East London to Johannesburg took over a 3 days which is ridiculous considering I don’t live in an outlying area. I called customer service, they **** saying the driver came and left. The driver did not phone once upon their arrival, the consultant I spoke to said the drivers don’t phone upon arrival? It came to a stage where I drove to the Aramex warehouse and picked the parcel up myself, not once but twice. Will not use them again! If you're looking for overnight delivery, look further.
