We sent an urgent document on Friday the 4th of March. The tracking showed that this was deliver in Nelspruit at 9:30 am. The customer contacted me at 15:00 to say that the parcel was not delivered. I phoned every number that I could find to follow up. Every single number when to voicemail.

This document was needed to release a truck at the border gate. Because they did not delivery this on time, the truck can only go over the border on Monday. This is totally unacceptable!!! Really shocking that you cannot get hold of anyone to follow up!!!
