Late delivery and bad service

Been waiting for my delivery since the 8th May up until today my delivery is a now show..according to them delivery takes up to 3 days max but i am on my 5th day now..and this is supposed to be a gift for a special person today.. Aramex hasn't made any contact with me advising when im actually receiving my parcel..im the only one reaching out to them...this is really a terrible experience
