Late delivery

We expected a delivery to be arrived on the 02nd December 2021, we never received anything. We try to call to log a query on the 06th, they said it doesn't show on the system where it is. We called again 07th and today the 8th, we still can't get a proper answer regarding the delivery. I am very angry because the Item I am waiting for I'm going to use it as I am getting married o 12th December
