Late delivery

Whatever happened to overnight delivery to major centres? Surely from JHB to Cape Town should qualify for that. Dropped off on Monday morning, Wednesday night 18:00 still not delivered!! No one can give me an answer as to where it's at. Call centre agents, whatsapp chatbot, whatsapp agents. Neither of those channels had an answer, just that the driver is not back yet. This should have been an issue after 24 hrs, not 48! Not the first time this has happened either!
