Late & Bad service

I couriered a document to Indian address from midrand - waterfall. Thats been held in Bengaluru asking for documents one after another. They first asked for Photo ID and was submitted and then asking invoice. How come a receiver will have invoice. This is most stupidiest courier service i have ever used. Will never use this again.
