Lack of Service Delivery

Have been using Aramex for about a year on daily basis - the last month and a half was one disappointment after the other. Pickups are not done, have been enquiring on 4 pickups I have been waiting for for over a month they don't even respond to emails and when they do its one excuse after the other and the matter does not get resolved and neither are the packages delivered. Overnight parcels take days to weeks to be delivered. Phone lines are down constantly and links in emails don't work. I use courier for business purposes and clients need the content in order to work. We are having to explain to major companies why they can't work in earn an income because our courier service fail to deliver service which is unacceptable. My last email enquiry I have emailed to every single aramex email address I could lay my hands on. I have not received any reply to any of my emails over the past two days besides out of office or can't attend to your email. Not a happy customer at all.
