Lack of feedback on package stuck at customs

Tracking number: ***<br> <br> I ordered baby goods from Alva Baby in China. The supplier sent the package through and declared a lower value than what it actually was. Because of this, the package was stopped at Customs. I was told that I would have to pay a penalty fee as well as a certain % tax in order to get the package released. Understandably, this made me very upset as I was not the one who under declared the value of the package. The supplier just washed their hands of it and has in no way been helpful to get the situation sorted. So although under protest, I asked to get the amount I need to pay so that I can get the package released as soon as possible. <br> <br> In comes Aramex. It's been 5 weeks in trying to get this situation sorted though multiple phone calls, emails and even a Facebook complaint on 26 February. I first dealt with a guy named Greg who in the mean time left the company. Now dealing with Joseph who is trying to help, but who's feedback is sadly lacking. Can anyone please tell me what the situation is, why it is taking so long, how long I will still have to wait for this package? I am approaching the end of my pregnancy and urgently need the items.
