Lack of delivery from Aramex

A parcel from Postnet, Howick, was received by Aramex, Johannesburg on the 13th of July 2024. This was supposed to be delivered at Postnet, Palm Court, Roodepoort - we are still waiting........trying to get assistance from their call centre is non existent.
