Lack of customer service

Extremely poor service. awaiting for an international package since 23rd October. initially informed awaiting customs clearance. 18 /19 November package is cleared and still no delivery. Numerous phone call to them tells me it's at the distribution or some such information for Durban and they will call me back. not one person has bothered to call me back. Aramex claims lightning-fast service and that is a lie. You ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and they are either in a meeting or not available. this is beyond frustrating. My package is paid for. They have no right to keep it.
