Lack of Customer Service

Aramex Couriers are realy the pits, they lost my parcel and no call whatsoever t explain any delays. I have been calling the call center from the 18th of August requesting feedback about their investigation but all they say is they are still investigating and sending me from one person to the next . From the conversations I can pick up there is not even investigation as everyperson they send me to I have to explain my issue from the start.
