Kimberly branch

Yoh ! I’ve never been so ****ed in my life ! I sent my parcel to Pampierstad from jhb on the 16th of March , the parcel has been on camping at Kimberly branch for more than a week ! I’ve been calling Kimberly branch , they all promised to get back to me , I’m still waiting for their reply ... then what’s the point of paying a whole R99 for your parcel to be delivered in 72hrs!? And it doesn’t get delivered! And a consultant has the audacity to tell me that it is not an essential parcel! What!?
