Kids Eid spoiled due to Aramax

Aramax don't even deserve that star spoils my kids Eid by not delivering parcel. FURIOUS at the services received constant calling and no response no assistance wasting all my airtime to get a disappointing message that my parcel has not going to be delivered. Order placed on 07 April was advised that it will be delivered on the 29th customs paid on 21st. This morning I called again to advise them it's my kids eid clothes and I was told it's not going to happen parcel has been cleared by customs and still didn't reach Cape Town this is going to be a sad day for my kids due to Aramax. WE HAVE NEVER experienced this with Buffalo. I'm going to go to social media this is not acceptable.
