KEEP AWAY WORST COURIER SERVICE IN SA!!!!

My supplier used Aramex SA for delivery of a parcel to myself on 11/12/2021. I tracked my package online and it showed that it should have been delivered on 13/12/2021. On Tuesday n14/12/2021 I phoned the Kimberley number, and they told me that the parcel should be delivered that day. On Wednesday 15/12/2021 I phoned about 20 times all the Aramex SA numbers, no answer, call keeps getting dropped, the machine answers, but no one else. Today I got through, and they told me that it will be delivered today. It is now 15h10, and still no sign of the delivery. I phoned again, the 10th time today, and they put me through to the driver. He promised me the parcel is in the vehicle and will be delivered during the day. I told him it's past 15h00 already, when will it be delivered. And he told me he is just on his way to the depo, and then he will be delivering it. This is the worst kind of service I have come across any delivery company as of yet, and believe me I have used almost all of them in South Africa. I will not recommend anyone to use ARAMAX SA!!!
