Kamo always there when I need Help
We ordered our second package from an overseas company and for the second time Kamo was there on the other line of the phone helping me get my parcel out from customs in an extremely professional way and going the extra mile when there is a delay in me getting my invoice. She even remembered me from the package I received over a month ago. She keeps me updated in the progress step by step that gives me a sense of well being in knowing what is going on with my precious cargo. Thank you for your excellent service I hope Aramex rewards you for your great attitude and wonderful service (I have had 4 parcels go through Aramex 3 gave me nightmares but out of the 2 that was international Kamo gave me peace of mind)
